Questions parents ask

Can I use Tax-Free Childcare too?+

Yes, alongside your 15 or 30 hours. For every £8 you pay in, the government adds £2 (up to £2,000 per child a year, or £4,000 if your child is disabled). It can't be used with Universal Credit childcare support.

My child is already older than 9 months. Is it too late?+

Not at all. You can start your entitlement later, as long as you still meet the eligibility criteria.

What if I miss my reconfirmation?+

If your child already has a place, a grace period usually applies, but please reconfirm as soon as you can.

How are monthly fees worked out?+

Your weekly rate × 52 weeks ÷ 12 months. We invoice around the 15th, and fees are paid in advance by the 25th of the month before. Fees remain payable during absence and holidays.

Do you offer discounts?+

Yes, for full-time places (5 days a week) and for siblings. Discounts don't apply to funded hours.

Can I pay with childcare vouchers or Tax-Free Childcare?+

Yes. Please make transfers by the 20th so payment reaches us by the 25th.

Can I choose my own pattern of attendance?+

We're happy to consider tailored patterns, as long as minimum sessions are met and are the same every week. Subject to availability.

Not sure what you're entitled to?

We'll help you work out your funding. Just ask.
