At Muddy Boots, we offer high-quality childcare, in a flexible setting and we have developed our services so that they are tailored to your needs as a family with the aim that wherever possible, we can support you in managing your work life balance. Our range of services include:

Core Nursery Hours

Our standard nursery day operates from 8.00am to 6.00pm, and the fees which are set out in your contract relate to these hours.

Additional Non-Core Hours

We also offer “additional” hours which are outside of the standard nursery day of 8.00am to 6.00pm. We are able to open the nursery from 6.30am and we are able to close up to 8.00pm, therefore if you have work commitments which are outside of our core hours, you can book the additional timeslots either on a permanent or ad hoc basis, as it suits you.

This service is bookable 24 hours in advance and operates from 6.30am and runs until 8.00pm, Monday to Friday, 51 weeks of the year. This is a chargeable service and separate terms and conditions apply.

Pick up and Drop Service

We are able to offer access to a “pick up and drop service” which takes the stress out of your busy day. We can either come directly to your home address or your place of work to collect your child (in their pyjamas with a ready bag if you prefer) and take them to the nursery. Likewise, we are able to repeat the exercise for the journey home, where you child can be ready and dressed back in their pyjamas.

Little Extras

From time to time, it is inevitable that you may forget to pack the essentials for your child, or you may decide it would be easier for you that the nursery provides these items so it is one less thing to think about.

We are able to provide nappies, creams and formula milk at an additional charge, which will be added to your monthly invoice.
